Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form. The website is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam. Your message is delivered via our own server in the European Union.
5. Retention
We keep your data as long as needed to handle your request or perform an agreement, or as long as required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or port your data, and to object. Email info@podas.eu to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
