Terms of Use — PODAS / VARE

1. Acceptance

By accessing podas.eu or using the VARE platform, you agree to these terms of use.

2. Services

PODAS provides the VARE Valuation Reporting Engine, a SaaS platform for automated business valuation reports. The platform is intended for professional use by financial advisors, auditors, and accountants.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Account access may not be shared without authorization.

4. Payment & Credits

Reports are generated using credits. Credits can be purchased as one-time bundles (pay-as-you-go) or via annual subscription plans that provide discounts on credit purchases. Payments are processed via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

The VARE platform, its design, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of PODAS. Users retain ownership of their uploaded financial data.

6. Limitation of Liability

VARE-generated reports are tools to support professional judgment, not substitutes for it. PODAS is not liable for decisions made based on generated reports.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Belgium.
